The villa itself is highly specified to allow you to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing holiday. For those who like to play golf, the area is a paradise. Already there are 12 golf courses completed and even more either planned or under construction. Of course there is more to Belek/Kadriye than just golf. This whole south coast of turkey is rich in history and its many other attractions make it the ideal family holiday area. Notes on accommodation The villa is ideally suited for those who wish to enjoy playing golf at some of the world's finest golf courses and then to be able to relax in the comfort and privacy of their own villa, with pool and large patio. Being almost equidistant, the towns of Belek and Kadriye with all their restaurants and bars, are only 5 minutes drive. In addition to a DVD player we offer a selection of DVD’s, a satellite system with 10-15 English channels, plus there are several novels available for light reading whilst you relax by the pool or in the shaded area of the patio! Smoking is not permitted inside the villa, but is okay on the patio area. All bathrooms are fully tiled to the walls and floors. Kitchen/Dining Room: Just on entry and convenient for pool and terrace. Large kitchen/diner fully equipped with modern appliances: dishwasher, gas cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, etc. Wide range of utensils, crockery, pots and pans. Air conditioning. External dining area on the patio overlooks private pool. Living Room: Large bright and spacious lounge. With three sofas, coffee table, an occasional table, dining table and 6 chairs, LCD TV unit with satellite, DVD player, Denon Hi-Fi system. Air conditioning. Cleaning/towels Linen and towels provided (not pool/beach towels). The villa is cleaned and linen changed on a rental basis. Additional cleaning may be available on request, for which there will be an extra charge. Outside The private kidney shaped pool is to the front of the villa. There are six sun beds and a large shaded terrace. Additional charges
All cleaning, laundry and utility costs (electricity and water) will be chargeable at cost. For utilities, meter readings will be taken on arrival and on departure. Bills will be calculated at ‘number of units’ x ‘cost per unit’. Cleaning is estimated at around £40 and laundry around £20 - dependent on numbers in the villa. All these charges will be deducted from the pre-paid deposit. Note: as a point of information, electricity charges in Turkey are higher than Western Europe. While we clearly make allowances for normal electricity use in our rental tariffs, air-conditioning units do consume considerable amounts of energy and therefore have to be charged extra. Also be aware that the infrastructure of this part of Turkey is a little less developed than Western Europe and is occasionally liable to short-term, water or power cuts. Clearly these are beyond our control and so we can accept no responsibility for any inconvenience caused. Return transfers from Antalya Airport for up to 5 people. £65 per booking Car rental can be arranged. Typical costs, to include pick up and drop off at airport, will be £150 per week. Please request confirmation. Welcome Pack is included and typically includes tea, coffee, milk, sugar, juice, bread and cheese. Transfers and car rental should be paid directly to the provider.
