The attractive coastal destinations of Turgutreis and Yalikavac with their weekly markets are just a short bus ride away and well worth a visit. The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard, including hand made wooden furniture, satellite TV, DVD player, A/C in all rooms just waiting for you to enjoy. The spacious patio complete with built-in BBQ and ambient lighting sets the mood - perfect for relaxing on those warm summer evenings with a glass of wine or a beer. The private side garden has sun loungers where you can relax and take in the beautiful views. The complex boasts numerous facilities all of which are at your disposal, these include 2 full sized pools, one with a water slide and the other with a children's paddling pool and play area, communal area with gym, sauna, bar/cafe and tennis court. All bed linen is provided and the apartment is cleaned and aired for your arrival. If cleaning is needed during stay it can be arranged and welcome packs of your choice can also be arranged both payable locally. Notes on accommodation The ground level accommodation enjoys a private situation with a large grassed area to the front and side, decorated with flowering shrubs and evergreens. The garden is accessed from the patio. The complex is suited to families with play amenities for younger children. The apartment is strictly no-smoking. Outside The grassed area outside is versatile and ideal for soaking up the sun, for the kids to enjoy, or simply to have a cold drink in the summer sun. The terrace area makes for the ideal place to dine alfresco. Make use of the built-in barbeque perfect for relaxing as the day comes to an end. The days can get very hot and there's no better way to cool off than to have a dip in one of the pools, one even has a water slide which the kids will love. Also on the complex you'll find various sports amenities, a bar / cafe, and gymnasium. The complex is nicely landscaped, clean and tidy. Coast / Beach Many people return to the Bodrum peninsular each year for the stunning coastline. A leisurely walk to Gumusluk should take you about half an hour. It really is a delight and making the journey at least one. You'll pass through fields and small groves of olive and mandarin orange trees, wonderful. In Gumusluk you can get wonderful freshly baked bread. As in many small Turkish towns there's a weekly market, great for meeting the locals who are always friendly. The small bars and eateries are lovely and the majority of beaches are ideal for families. Travel Milas Bodrum airport is a 60 minute taxi ride away. Bodrum town with its shops, markets, bars, restaurants, banks, marina, castle and archaeological sites is 30 minutes away by local bus (dolmus) which run frequently and well into the night. These are fantastic transport and very cheap. If you want to venture further and want increased flexibility then car rental might be worth considering. Prices & Terms Payment to be made by bank transfer, cheque or Paypal - £100/£150 non refundable deposit upon booking and balance 8 weeks prior to rental. We request a refundable deposit of £250 to cover any loss or damage, to be paid with the balance of the rental.
