Living room - This is certainly the hub of the villa and boasts satellite TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The room opens out via patio windows onto the large balcony. Balcony - Overlooking the swimming pool with fabulous sunset views, this very large outdoor space contains a dining table, with overhead shade to ensure your comfort whilst you eat. The remaining space remains open and contains comfy beanbag chairs. Bedroom 1 - This twin bedded room continues the contemporary theme running through the apartment. Plenty of storage space and remote controlled air conditioning unit. Bedroom 2 - This double bedded room has its own balcony. Plenty of storage space and a remotely controlled air conditioning unit. Bathroom 1 - With shower unit and bathroom suite it is situated right next to and between both downstairs bedrooms. Decent water pressure. Master suite - Following the marble staircase to the top floor, this space is an apartment in its own right. Whilst very much a part of the main accommodation complete privacy is afforded those using this room. In addition to its en suite bathroom it has its own kitchen with cooker and gas hob, fridge, toaster, kettle and dining area. Opens out through french windows onto your private roof top sun terrace. Remote control air conditioning. The Apartment Complex - Beautifully landscaped and maintained gardens surround the property which is part of a small complex. Having few properties means it is peaceful and gives a real sense of privacy. The complex is less than 200 metres from the beach and the sea front promenade with its huge range of restaurants, bars and beach clubs. The main swimming pool also has a childrens splash pool attached. Flotation aids/toys are available at the poolside for your use as are plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. The complex also benefits from gates with 24 hour security guard/maintenance man in attendance. A key operated safe box is also available at this property for secure storage of documents, cash and other valuable items. The property is managed locally and we provide a full meet and greet service and a 24 hour telephone number should you need assistance with any aspect of your stay. All prices quoted are weekly rates in British Pounds. The accommodation is on a self catering basis for a maximum of 6 people.
There are no surcharges for under occupancy. Cleaning prior to and after your stay is included in the rental price as are all gas and electricity charges. For those staying two weeks or more a weekly linen change is included. Extra mid stay cleaning can be provided at an additional charge.
A refundable breakages deposit of £150 is payable and will be refunded within four days of your return. Earliest check in time is 3pm and latest check out time 10am. Please ask for details of extensions to these times as we will make every effort to be flexible bearing in mind incoming or outgoing rentals previous to or after your stay. To book and secure the apartment for your chosen dates a non refundable deposit of 30% of the total accommodation cost is payable at the time of booking. Your booking will be confirmed as soon as we are in receipt of this payment and upon return of our booking contract signed by you. The balance of your rental fee and breakages deposit is payable a minimum of 8 weeks before your date of travel. Preferred payment methods - Bank transfer, Paypal, personal cheque.
