On the 3rd floor is an optional fully furnished air-conditioned 3rd bedroom (one double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower cubicle) and kitchenette with fridge and microwave oven, and with large balcony for secluded sun bathing. Botanic Gardens is set in beautiful countryside overlooking orchards and farmland just a few kilometres from the centre of Dalaman with easy access to sandy beaches, shops and restaurants. The complex has outdoor swimming pools (summer) and heated indoor swimming pool (winter), a clubhouse with bar and restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner with a BBQ evening once a week, shop, gym, games room, and tennis court. Free Wi-Fi internet access is available. A free shuttle bus service operates on Mondays to Dalyan Beach, Tuesdays to Dalaman town centre, Wednesdays to Sarigerme beach, Thursdays to Dalaman market, Fridays to Sarigerme beach, and Saturdays to Dalaman town centre. A local tour operator is on site to arrange for other excursions if required, for example to picturesque town of Gocek with its famous Yacht harbour and daily boat trips, Dalyan for a boat ride to see the rock tombs, mud baths and the Loggerhead turtles. Further recommended day trips are to Fethiye (Tuesday market is a must), Bazaars, Turkish baths, Oludeniz (Blue Lagoon), and the Butterfly valley, Kayakoy (Ghost town) and the Salikent gorge. Car hire is available for several sources in Dalaman. Pick-up and return to Dalaman Airport can be arranged at time of booking (£15 one way; £25 return for a group of 1 - 6 persons).

For the 2 bedroom apartment Rate is £275 per week in June, July, August and September, and £200 per week for the other months. An addition £50 per week is required for the 3rd bedroom. A £50 refundable key deposit is required either at time of booking or on arrival. To secure a booking a deposit of 20% of the apartment rate is required.
