Efendi Hotel Icmeler
The Hotel Efendi in Icmeler offers authentic Turkish hospitality and excellent location just 50 yards from the beach. Positioned near to Icmeler's resort centre (170m) which boasts a wide choice of shops, bars and restaurants. The surrounding area is pretty and safe for tourists walking and exploring Icmeler.
The accommodation comprises 31 rooms across 3 floors. The guestrooms are basic, kept clean, tidy and traditionally decorated and include air-conditioning to keep you cool on those hot sun filled days. Flower petals left on the bed and towels made in to swans, boats and snakes are a nice touch, the kind of thing visitors remember.
The friendly, helpful staff are appreciated by visitors here and are one of the reasons some guests return year after year.
The sun soaked pool area is a fantastic place to pass an afternoon, stay cool with a few drinks from the pool bar. If you find temperatures getting a little too hot during peak season there are a number of pull-out overhead canopies to provide shade. The pool area is fairly modest in size but relaxing and quiet. Of course there's the beach just a short walk away and the Prince Apartments with larger pool are next door.
The 'Maestro' is the hotel restaurant which serves a breakfast buffet (at the time of publication there was a 15% discount for hotel guests) and selection of meals. For those baking hot summer days the restaurant has a very welcome water misting system which is another nice touch.
There is a wide choice of bars and restaurants complete with entertainment for your evenings out. Boat trips are popular and there is plenty of transport into Marmaris.
